Keeping Your Greens Fresh

To keep your microgreens fresh and vibrant, store them in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator and keep them in their original container until you’re ready to use them.

For the best shelf life, keep them cold, dry and sealed. If any moisture collects inside the container, gently blot it away with a clean paper towel.

For the best flavour and texture, enjoy your greens as fresh as possible.
